Drawing on her knowledge in graphic, publication and information design, Mia has worked on interdisciplinary projects, alongside scientific and design research, combining the various media of product, space, and technology with an aim to extend how design can influence educational, social, and cultural environments.
Mia completed her MA with distinction in Spatial & Product Design at Kingston University London in 2009 after obtaining her BFA with distinction in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut in 2008. She received, respectively, the Best of Show award and the second prize Areen Award of Excellence in Graphic Design for her final year projects.
